Persona system

Personas are prompt and model overlays for a provider lane. They do not own credentials, tools, MCP servers, filesystem rights, or process state. The lane still owns those. A persona shapes the next turn’s voice, review posture, and model hint.

Seed personas in v0.5.0 include working postures such as Kioku, Kotori, Shokunin, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Raijin, and Benzaiten. They are visible in the persona grid and can be summoned into Tsukue. User-created personas can be edited or retired; seed personas stay protected.

Good persona text is short and operational: how to reason, what to optimize, what evidence to ask for, and what tone to avoid. It should not contain secrets or rules that try to override project instructions.
