Creating and editing personas

Open /personas to manage persona overlays.

1. Use Inscribe to add a persona.
2. Set name, slug, model hint, tags, short description, and voice text.
3. Optionally attach a portrait.
4. Use Amend to revise a saved persona.
5. Use Summon to open /tsukue?persona=<slug>.
6. Use Retire for user-created personas, then type the slug to confirm.

Persona CRUD is local. It writes to Kanade’s data directory and does not change external provider accounts. Retiring a persona removes Kanade’s overlay record; it does not delete transcripts, lane credentials, or provider history.
